TERMS AND CONDITION OF BUSINESS

GENERAL

1.1. Find Our Style offers celebrity/personal styling, personal shopping services.

1.2. Find Our Style resides at 117 Mytchett Road, Mytchett, Surrey GU16 6ES.

1.3. The terms and conditions are between Find Our Style and the client using the services of Find Our Style. The client covenants and agrees to the terms and conditions set out herein.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION ACT

2.1. By providing your details to Find Our Style, you are consenting to Find Our Style informing you via email of our latest promotions, fashion events, and the latest trends.  The data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

2.2. Find Our Style privacy promise:  We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where we have to do so to arrange deliveries with stores and boutiques as part of our personal shopping packages.  Customers are normally present when we arrange delivery of goods. 

2.3. From time to time Find Our Style may send information about discounts, promotional offers and events. If you do not want this information to be sent to you please email us at findourstyle@gmail.com stating that you do not wish to be sent any Find Our Style information.

2.4. As stated, we will never disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission.

2.5. All personal client information including contact details or any other personal information given through the consultation process or at any other time thereafter will never be disclosed.

PERSONAL STYLING/SHOPPING

3.1. Find Our Style reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without notice.

3.2. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We accept payment of cash, bank cheque, or a direct bank transfer.

3.3. All invoices should be paid within 7 days of the invoice receipt date. 

34. Payment for goods purchased & collected by Find Our Style on behalf of their client need to be covered/paid to Find Our Style within 7 days of the invoice receipt date. 

3.5. Find Our Style (if required) agrees to provide all receipts of purchases to their client as proof that Find Our Style have purchased goods on behalf of their client.

EXTRA COSTS: TRAVEL & CAR PARKING

4.1. Any travel over 20 miles from GU16 6ES to the location where the service is provided (ordinarily a clients home or shopping centre location) will be charged at 45p per mile.

4.2. All car parking fees obtained during a Personal Shopping Trip Service will be charged at cost to the client.

CANCELLATIONS

5.1 You may cancel your Wardrobe Re-Style or Shopping Trip Experience appointment for any reason. However, Please note that if aforementioned service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £50 will be incurred. 

5.2 You may cancel your wardrobe re-style and pre-shop appointment for any reason. However, Please note that if the aforementioned service is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £100 will be incurred. 

5.3. In the event of a cancellation, our clients will be offered an alternative date to complete their personal styling appointment. 

5.4 In order to cancel your appointment please contact us on +44 7894 051042 or notify us by email on findourstyle@gmail.com or in writing to our contact address.

CHARGES

We appreciate that most people simply want to know ‘what they’re signing up to, what costs are involved and what happens if they need to cancel’.   We can assure you that there are no extra ‘hidden’ costs but please read the full terms and conditions should you wish.

All Styling Sessions

£65 per hour 

Online preparation work or ‘Style Board’

£50 

Cancellation Charge 

Please note that if a Wardrobe Re-style or Personal Shopping trip is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £50 will be incurred. 

Please note that if the wardrobe re-style and pre-shop is cancelled with less than 7 days notice a cancellation fee of £100 will be incurred. This is because time and money will have already been spent shopping for appropriate clothes specific to the clients needs.

Exceptional circumstances: Should you need to reschedule for genuine reasons then no penalty will be incurred. We are mums dnd totally understand that sometimes things happen!
